Lake iseo

It is the fourth largest lake in Lombardy, Italy. It is in the north of the country in the Val Camonica area, near the cities of Brescia and Bergamo.

Adriatic sea

The Adriatic Sea is a body of water separating the Italian Peninsula from the Balkans. The Adriatic is the northernmost arm of the Mediterranean Sea.

lake corrib

Lough Corrib is a lake in the west of Ireland. It is the largest lake within the Rep of Ireland, connected to the sea by the River Corrib or Galway River

douro river

The Douro is the highest-flow river of the Iberian Peninsula. It rises near Duruelo in the central Spain to its mouth at Porto, the second largest city of Portugal.

This kind of sports can open your mind and change your vision of the world, recognizing that it is fundamental to respect, preserve the nature and reduce the human impact on the environment.
